Our employee leasing is a modification of the classic personnel leasing. The favourable initial situation is the same: We as a personnel service provider place qualified nursing staff into your company. They are permanently employed by us and are subject to social insurance with a collectively agreed employment contract. We take care of the recruitment and registration process and take care of the language training of the care professionals as well as their work and residence permits. Employee leasing differs in the way that you pay a fixed monthly price for the nursing staff. This is considerably reduced in price compared to the classic option, but you have to pay for potential absences such as illness or holidays.
