About us
While the shortage of skilled workers is already clearly noticeable in German clinics and nursing facilities, highly qualified care professionals are not employed in other countries. We therefore cooperate with long-standing partners in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and the Philippines in order to compensate for this imbalance for the benefit of both sides.
We pursue two goals by placing reliable and committed care professionals at German institutions: On the one hand, we want to assist clinics and nursing homes in introducing modern and flexible personnel solutions that allow them to handle stress peaks and to recruit employees in the long term. In this way, the shortage of personnel can be reduced and those in need of nursing care are looked after by reliable and motivated specialists.
On the other hand, it is our intention to enable foreign care personnel an opportunity for a professional future in Germany. As a result, these people find not only work, but a completely new perspective. We offer fair and attractive working conditions and value comprehensive preparation of applicants. We support them in their integration even after they have started work, so that they quickly become comfortable in their new environment and remain with the company in the long term.
